Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead the launch and growth of new premium appliance brands in the industry.

About the Role:

A leading importer and distributor of European appliances for household and professional applications has been serving Australia since 1982.

We offer top-of-the-range appliances and exceptional service to our customers. New European and US brands will be launching soon, presenting opportunities for growth.

As our Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Lead the national rollout, growth, and presence of new brands.
  • Build and expand strong relationships with dealers and retailers.
  • Develop strategic plans to increase sales and brand awareness through effective collaboration with marketing, retail partners, and display teams.

What We're Looking For:

We seek a proven sales driver with experience in business development, skilled in relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and influencing outcomes.

The ideal candidate should be analytical, capable of translating sales data into growth opportunities, confident, articulate, and an engaging communicator and presenter.
