Corporate Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a pivotal role in delivering effective corporate communications and promoting our business as an ethical and sustainable entity.

This is a fixed term 12-month contract based in Perth, with regular visits to our operating sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local, national, and international media outlets
  • Provide expert communications advice, including issues management and crisis communication
  • Support and deliver strategic communication programs, including proactive media and advertising campaigns
  • Draft and distribute community newsletters and stakeholder updates
  • Oversee communications across digital platforms, including intranet, website, and social media
  • Manage investor communication materials and reporting timelines
  • Coordinate site visits, information booths, and investor events
  • Maintain a corporate calendar and coordinate our participation in industry events
  • Manage media, partnerships, and community feedback
  • Support the development of the Annual Report, ESG Report, and Modern Slavery Report
  • Plan and deliver major events and conferences
  • Prepare materials and coordinate responses for investor and ESG surveys
  • Manage internal corporate surveys and research initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in media relations and/or investor communications (ideally in a similar industry)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Desired experience in: Social media management, event planning, marketing and communications collateral development, community engagement
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build excellent relationships at all levels
  • Collaborative team player
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach
  • Strong project and organisational management skills
  • Ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
