Job Title: Student Success Advisor

The role of a Student Success Advisor is pivotal in delivering an exceptional student experience.

The Division of Academic and Student Engagement aims to ensure that all students have a quality learning environment, and investing in our academic staff's professional development is a top priority.

This position falls under the Student Experience branch within DASE, which focuses on providing administrative and support services to students as well as collaborating with academic staff to develop a high-quality learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver proactive student support across the coursework student lifecycle from on-boarding to graduation.
  • Ensure holistic student case management aligned with developing a proactive student-centric service culture focusing on increased student retention, engagement, and success.
  • Collaborate to deliver student-centric results, communicate effectively with students, staff, and other stakeholders, and promote organisational values such as integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence, and discovery.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to contribute to high-performing teams and champion a workplace culture defined by positivity, adaptability, energy, and delivery of results.
  • Ability to communicate succinctly, professionally, and responsively in both written and verbal formats.
  • Demonstrated high-level administrative experience coupled with mature organisational and time management abilities, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment to deliver high-quality output.
