
Experienced Customer Engagement Specialist

Join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator. This role is working 4 days per week that will enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
About the Job
We are seeking a talented individual to build rapport and ongoing relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will be able to receive and respond to incoming customer queries, assess and understand customer needs, and provide regular updates on progress. Other responsibilities include uploading content into community portals, analyzing and diagnosing customer requests, processing supplier invoices, raising purchase orders, general administration, and data processing duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport and ongoing relationships with customers
- Receive and respond to incoming customer queries
- Assess and understand customer needs and provide regular updates
- Upload content into community portals
- Analyze and diagnose customer requests and field to appropriate case owner
- Process supplier invoices and raise purchase orders
- Provide regular reporting on case management for the team
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and experience
- Previous experience with CRM systems (Salesforce desirable)
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Suite)
- Ability to work autonomously and fast paced to adhere to deadlines
