Acute Care Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Acute Care Occupational Therapist to provide clinical leadership within our occupational therapy service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership within the occupational therapy service, including the optimisation of care delivery.
  • Work autonomously with limited supervision; strong prioritisation and independent professional judgement.
  • Initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement activities or service evaluation processes.
  • Experience in clinical teaching and supervision of students and Allied Health staff.
  • Proficient skills and knowledge in current occupational therapy practice with a strong commitment to evidence-based service delivery, including assessment, case management, intervention, referral and discharge planning.

Requirements:

  • Full registration with the relevant occupational therapy board.
  • Evidence of extensive clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist Level 2.
