We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Law Clerk in Brisbane.

This is a casual opportunity, ideally working 4-5 days per week. The successful candidate will have the energy and drive to achieve successful outcomes while maintaining a positive approach to their work.

The Law Clerk will be responsible for assisting the team in managing and progressing abuse law matters by reviewing reports and files, preparing draft legal correspondence, and ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations.

Main responsibilities include:

- Reviewing, analysing, and summarising documentation
- Preparing legal correspondence, court documents, and briefs when required
- Ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations
- Working closely with the legal teams to advance legal matters for clients

We are looking for individuals who have a keen interest in personal injury law, exposure to Abuse Law or a similar plaintiff practice, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
