Financial Operations Specialist

This role involves providing top-notch customer service to a wide range of stakeholders and contributing to the team's high-performing accounting function. Key responsibilities include reconciling bank accounts daily, providing direct credit information to caravan parks, and raising invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile all financial transactions on a daily basis.
- Ensure that all park-related payments are processed efficiently.
- Raise accurate and timely invoices for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Work closely with management to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- At least three years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using accounting software.
- Previous experience in the accommodation services industry is highly desirable.
- Degree of autonomy to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
