About the Role:

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring continuous coal production and effective coal delivery.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing warehouse processes, maintaining safety standards within the warehouse and yard, liaising with departments on inventory requirements, controlling dangerous goods and substances, managing non-conformance issues regarding inventory, coordinating freight deliveries to ensure timely arrival, overseeing workflow through the warehouse to meet site needs, managing stock levels through the purchasing process, expediting outstanding purchase orders, and receiving stock and non-stock items through an ERP system.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A current C-class driver's license
  • A forklift ticket
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar capacity
  • Self-drive and comfort working autonomously
  • Experience in the mining industry or similar
  • Computer literacy and experience using an ERP system (preferably M3)

A qualification in logistics would be viewed favorably.
