Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our project delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall direction and coordination of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Duties

  • To oversee and drive the successful delivery of major projects, managing the full project lifecycle from concept to delivery/handover
  • To plan and coordinate the program and project activities and resources to deliver the required outcomes within the program budget and timeframes
  • To engage and manage stakeholders across business and technical areas, providing clear updates and managing expectations effectively
  • To take charge of strategic planning and manage the project portfolio
  • To oversee contract management, variations assessment and mitigate contract issues

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks

Benefits

  • A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
