Project Manager Job Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major University project. The successful candidate will oversee the renovation works valued at $5m, including internal structural works, facade, cladding, and waterproofing, as well as fit out.

The next phase of work involves demolition of a staircase, construction of a new lift shaft, and further fit out, also valued at $5m.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with experience in fit-out and refurbishment contracting, particularly those who have worked on university or TAFE college projects.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate stability in job roles and a strong track record of delivery.
