About the Opportunity
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of site activities, encompassing safety, quality, environment, design management, and development.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing site organisation and staffing procedures;
- Ensuring safety, environmental, time, and quality control;
- Managing the site team and sub-contractors;
- Supervising industrial relations and safety matters;
- Liaising with Contracts Administrators;
- Formulating procurement strategies and contributing to sub-contractor engagement processes;
- Leading the site team – internal staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in the construction industry;
- Well-developed leadership and communication skills;
- A valid Site Supervisors Licence and Senior First Aid certification;
- Experience in the education sector, although not essential.
