Account Executive Job Description

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team.

  • Identify and approach prospective restaurant clients for customized product demos to sell OpenTable products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships as a trusted adviser to our clients.
  • Use Salesforce to develop strategic plans, forecasts, and process contracts.
  • Adapt to ongoing product and technology developments, sharing insights with Product and Marketing teams.
  • Engage with the hospitality industry through networking, events, and consistent outreach.

Requirements:

  • You have a passion for hospitality and technology; restaurant management and/or sales experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not mandatory.

  • You possess strong discovery skills, asking impactful questions and relating concepts effectively.
  • You have excellent negotiation skills to drive business value.
