About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled construction law expert to join our experienced legal team at Future You.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate complex contracts for large-scale construction projects
  • Provide front-end advice on EPC and EPCM contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Support the legal team in managing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Supervise junior lawyers and manage external law firms to deliver high-quality services

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years PQE experience in construction and infrastructure matters
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Familiarity with Melbourne's construction industry and relevant regulations

What We Offer:
