Empire Group is seeking an experienced Construction Law Specialist to join their Building and Construction Team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of post-admission experience in construction law, with a strong background in front-end contracts and agreements, and back-end dispute resolution.

Key responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating contracts and subcontracts, providing advice on payments, variations, defects, delays, termination rights, insolvency insurance claims, and security payment claims.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for mediation, dispute resolution, and providing advice on legislative and regulatory requirements.
