About the Role

The Senior Membership Sales Professional will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service to drive new membership sales. This role requires a strong focus on sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients while identifying further sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve all club membership sales budgets and support the Sales Manager in key sales functions and processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service to maximize new membership sales.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of exceeding membership sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and provide leadership when required.
  • An Australian Working with Children Check and eligibility to work in Australia.
