As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing new membership sales. Your role will involve all aspects of the sales process from initial enquiry stage to ensuring members are utilizing their membership fully and retaining them through our premium service offering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure member satisfaction and loyalty

  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
