Job Description:
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets within designated area of responsibility.
  • Ensure customers receive exceptional technical and commercial support.
  • Negotiate and manage new contract agreements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for site growth.
Requirements:
  1. Tertiary qualification in Business or Sales related field, or Engineering course.
  2. Sales training/qualification advantageous.
  3. Project management training/qualification advantageous.
  4. Minimum 4 years experience in regional OEM Customer Service or Commercial Sales team, preferably in Aviation Customer Support Representative role.
  5. Operational background in aviation or engineering organisation.
  6. Good working knowledge of aviation regulations.
  7. Familiarity with regional customer base and well-respected in the aviation industry.
  8. Strong sales focus with robust negotiating skills and flair for customer service.
  9. Advanced Excel knowledge and Microsoft suite of products.
  10. Good product knowledge and capacity to learn product range.
  11. Continuous improvement mindset to consistently improve processes and procedures.
