Job Summary:
">This is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a team of procurement specialists, providing expert advice and guidance to support the department's business areas. As a seasoned EL1 leader, you will be responsible for managing the procurement team, developing and implementing procurement strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Lead and mentor a team of procurement specialists to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet the needs of business areas, while ensuring value for money and minimal risk.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to staff at all levels on procurement-related matters, including contract management, tendering, and supplier relationship management.
- Analyze data and information to inform procurement decisions and optimize resource allocation.
