Job Title:

Financial Planning Strategic Lead

About the Role:

The company is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Strategic Lead to help deliver the annual plan, collaborate with senior executives, and provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing clear, concise, and insightful presentations that effectively communicate financial performance, strategic initiatives, and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the development of the organization's annual financial plan.
  2. Partner with senior executives to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations that support business growth and performance.
  3. Undertake detailed financial analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and risks, informing strategic decisions.
  4. Develop and present financial models to inform business strategy.
Ideal Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, confident in partnering with senior executives and non-finance stakeholders.
  2. Relevant senior-level experience in FP&A.
  3. Ability to translate complex financial data into concise and impactful presentations for senior executives.
  4. Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive strategic financial initiatives.
  5. CA / CPA / CFA / MBA qualification.
