Financial Transactions Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transactions Manager to oversee and manage various financial transactions for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of transactions, providing strategic guidance, and mitigating potential risks.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for financial analysis and transactions. As a Financial Transactions Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex financial deals.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence to evaluate the financial viability and risks associated with potential transactions.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure transactional efficiency.
  • Develop financial models, perform valuations, and analyse data to support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare comprehensive transaction documents, including financial statements and contracts.
  • Identify and assess potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to anticipate impacts on transactions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A master's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration is highly desirable.
  • CFA completion would be beneficial.
  • Proven experience in transaction services, investment banking, corporate finance, or a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, due diligence, valuation techniques, and transactional processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
