Practice Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Director to lead our West Perth clinic for a Part Time position.

This is the perfect opportunity for a dynamic leader with the skills to facilitate change, develop initiatives, and delegate effectively within a high-performing team.

About the Role
  • Lead and mentor the team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Drive productivity and efficiency within the clinics.
  • Deliver exceptional patient service and foster a strong patient-care ethos.
  • Onboard, train and support new team members and doctors.
  • Provide reception support as needed.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to grow the business.
  • Implement process improvements and change management initiatives.
Your Background and Qualifications
  • Experience as a Practice Manager or similar role within the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills and understanding of patient care.
  • Ability to manage expenses and focus on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Proven people management skills with the ability to drive a positive team culture.
  • Experience in onboarding, training and rostering team members and the onboarding of new doctors.
  • Mindset for business development, innovation and growth.
