Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Excellence Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering educational programs and supporting the growth and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality educational programs in line with industry standards.
  • Support students in achieving their academic goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Develop and implement curriculum materials that meet the needs of diverse learners.
Requirements
  • Mastery of Essential Skills Wales (ESW) suite of qualifications.
  • Proven experience in delivering Functional skills and/or GCSE.
  • Hold a minimum of a Level 5 teaching qualification or be working towards one.
  • Educated to a minimum Level 4 qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of learning needs and ability to support these needs within a learning environment.
  • Awareness of quality standards within teaching.
  • Ability to recognize and promote student strengths and development needs.
  • Able to deal promptly and effectively with inappropriate behavior in the classroom.
  • Able to demonstrate commitment to safeguarding.
