About our Home Health team

We deliver culturally appropriate care and support to our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander elders and community in New South Wales.

Our aim is to empower our elders to live comfortably in their homes for as long as possible, while receiving ongoing care and connecting with other members of the community.

The Opportunity

Deliver an essential service in our communities by caring for our Mob.

This role will service the communities of Sydney, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care duties including showering, feeding and toileting; assist with oral medication administration
  • Offer social support such as accompanying clients to doctor appointments, shopping & social outings
  • Perform domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, vacuuming, bed making, and meal preparation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A compassionate and respectful carer with a strong empathetic approach
  • At least 6 months' experience in personal care required
  • Disability Support Worker, Assistant in Nursing, Community Services worker or similar roles welcome to apply
