We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to lead our clinical team and ensure high-quality, culturally appropriate care for our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Clinical Governance & Compliance: Ensure that all care practices meet the required standards, including audits, reviews, and documentation.
  • Supervision & Leadership: Supervise and mentor Carers and Support Workers, conduct case discussions, and performance reviews.
  • Training & Upskilling: Develop annual training plans, address skill gaps, and deliver education on cultural safety.
  • Client Safety & Clinical Risk: Contribute to risk assessments, support care planning, and monitor high-needs or complex clients.
  • Complaints & Incident Management: Respond to clinical complaints, investigate concerns, and lead corrective actions.
About You
  • Qualifications: Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
  • Leadership Experience: Clinical leadership experience in aged care
  • Knowledge & Skills: Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, skilled in mentoring and training, and understanding of Aboriginal health & cultural safety
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication & organisational skills
