Frontline Automation is seeking a skilled engineer to design, implement and support industrial automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation systems, data integration, real-time monitoring, delivering reliable scalable solutions aligned with operational business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design configure maintain SCADA MES systems for production monitoring reporting functions.
  • Develop custom dashboards HMI screens reports using SCADA MES platforms.
  • Integrate SCADA MES with PLCs DCS historians databases ERP systems seamless data flow system functionality.
  • Lead system upgrades expansions patch management coordination IT operational stakeholders.
  • Implement maintain data acquisition analysis tools performance monitoring quality control traceability.
  • Collaborate engineering operations IT teams deliver robust secure industrial automation solutions.
  • Ensure compliance cybersecurity best practices applicable standards.
  • Provide technical documentation training support end users maintenance teams.
  • Troubleshoot resolve SCADA MES-related issues timely effective manner.

The successful candidate will possess Bachelor's degree Electrical Mechatronics Computer Systems Software Engineering minimum 5 years experience SCADA MES engineering industrial environments.

Familiarity ISA-95 ISA-88 standards data modelling practices highly desirable.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree Electrical Mechatronics Computer Systems Software Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years experience SCADA MES engineering industrial environments.
  • Proficiency major SCADA platform experience MES implementation integration.
  • Solid understanding industrial networking protocols.
  • Experience SQL databases scripting system architecture design.
  • Australian citizenship valid Australian work visa.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving project management skills.
  • Excellent written verbal communication skills interface technical non-technical stakeholders.
