Key Responsibilities- Create and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth in the ANZ region.
- Manage existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities to contribute to sales growth.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and customers in the life sciences industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development plans.
- Master's Degree or PhD in Life Sciences with a strong background in molecular biology and genetics.
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of market, products, and workflows for qPCR, dPCR, and microarray.
- Strategic and tactical market development skills.
- Results-oriented with strong sales attributes and a demonstrated track record of passion for success.
