Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily operational activities including service delivery, compliance monitoring, driver liaison, rostering, and reporting.
  • Work closely with Depot Managers to help implement business plans and strategic objectives for the site.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of school runs, route services, special events, and charter operations.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, focusing on high-quality service and performance.
  • Manage daily staff resource allocations, including maintaining driver rosters via Coach Manager.
  • Support cost-effective staffing strategies in collaboration with management.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in transport, logistics, or operations desirable but not essential – full training provided.
  • Minimum MR (Medium Rigid) Driver's Licence required.
  • A current PTD (Passenger Transport Driver) accreditation and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain them.
  • Current First Aid Certificate preferred, or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer literacy, with ability to navigate integrated software systems (experience with TIMS highly regarded).
