About the Role

We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic, drive, and motivation. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, client meetings, appraisal and listing presentations, open house inspections, and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and listings
  • Attend open homes and auctions
  • Manage diary and organize appointments
  • Prepare listing kits and market properties
  • Meet with photographers, stylists, and buyers
  • Liaise and negotiate effectively with vendors and buyers
  • Manage and maintain database entries
  • Prepare for auctions and open homes
  • Attend sales training sessions

Requirements:

  • Possess a current driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Possess a current Agent's Representative Certificate or License
  • Experience working in real estate, preferably in sales, or a strong track record of succeeding in sales within a different industry
  • Passion for real estate and confidence with an outgoing personality
  • Able to build rapport quickly
  • Demonstrate resilience and handle setbacks calmly
