Job Opportunity: Administration and Scheduling Specialist

This role plays a vital part in maintaining our reputation within the community. Key responsibilities include scheduling, general administration, customer service, and supporting marketing activities.

  • Schedule services by allocating Personal Care Workers to meet client needs.
  • Handle daily ad-hoc schedule changes and collaborate with care coordinators to review and improve long-term care schedules for each client.
  • Support office tasks and assist with administrative duties, including answering incoming calls and directing inquiries to relevant staff members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least one year's experience in a similar administration or scheduling role.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is highly valued.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday and hold a valid driver's licence.
  • Certification in First Aid & CPR and clearance for NDIS Worker Screening are required.
