We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Scheduling and Administration Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling services, handling high volumes of enquiries, managing daily rosters, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling services for clients by rostering care workers dependent on their qualifications and availability.
- Handling high volumes of incoming telephone and internet enquiries.
- Managing daily changes to existing rosters.
- Providing administrative support to the recruitment team.
- Updating mandatory compliance items in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in scheduling, planning, and administration management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs quickly.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to establish relationships with clients, carers, and referral sources.
- Advanced time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
