Job Title: Asphalt Mobile Plant Operator

ANJ Paving Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Asphalt Mobile Plant Operator to join our team in Sydney Metropolitan and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain mobile asphalt plants, ensuring efficient and safe production of high-quality asphalt products.
  • Monitor and control plant operations, including temperature, mix design, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily production targets and meet customer requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Conduct quality control checks on finished products, ensuring they meet company standards and customer specifications.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience operating mobile asphalt plants.
  • Australian Qualified Certificate 2 or 3 in the construction industry.
  • Valid car or truck license.
  • Construction Induction OH&S white card.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including overtime and occasional weekend work.
Specialized Skills:
  • Paver Operator: Experience operating pavers to spread and level hot bituminous paving materials.
  • Roller Operator: Ability to operate steel drum rollers to prepare surfaces for roads.
