**Job Summary**
Euroform is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service and experience for our clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Providing top-notch customer service and support via phone, email, or other communication channels;
- Accurately documenting and tracking service requests and issues;
- BUILDING and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up skills;
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner;
- Coordinating schedules and planning to ensure seamless maintenance and support services.
**Requirements:**
- Strong computer literacy and data entry skills;
- Outstanding customer service experience, particularly in a fast-paced environment;
- An outgoing and friendly personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Scheduling experience and knowledge of local suburbs and regions;
- Relevant industry experience and understanding.
