Warehouse Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Operations and Recovery Teams: Ensure effective collaboration between Operations team and Recovery team to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor Automated Systems: Continuously monitor automated systems in real-time and provide expert assistance in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate for Resolution: Work closely with recovery teams and remote technical support to resolve faults, optimize system uptime, and minimize downtime.
  • Document Incidents and Performance: Record incidents, track system performance, and prepare reports through customer platforms.
  • Keep Teams Informed: Provide timely updates to operational teams and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
  • Safety and Compliance: Uphold safety standards, assist in audit preparation, and promote a strong safety culture within the organization.
  • Identify and Resolve Issues: Identify technical or process issues, coordinate solutions, and ensure thorough documentation.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Foster positive working relationships across operations, technical services, and external support.
  • Minimize Downtime: Assist in initiatives aimed at minimizing downtime and enhancing productivity.
  • Lead Incident Escalations: Lead incident escalations, manage service tickets, and oversee recovery coordination.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a technical role, preferably in an automated warehouse or similar environment. Minimum 1-2 years of technical experience in an automated warehouse or similar environment required. Confident working with and monitoring automated systems or machinery. Hands-on experience with automated control systems is required. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
