Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Automation Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves working on state-of-the-art warehouse and logistics automation projects, focusing on automated storage and retrieval systems, conveyors, racking, and robotics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with internal teams and external parties to ensure project completion safely, on time, within budget and to agreed functionality.
  • Managing project reporting, budgets, schedule, revenue collection and cash flow planning.
  • Coordinating resourcing and staff planning, including sub-contractor management.
  • Oversight of subcontractors and project team during onsite management.
  • Developing strong stakeholder relationships to understand their needs and provide recommendations based on their business and operational environments.
  • Communication with stakeholders at each stage of the project life cycle.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
  • 5 years experience in construction and/or installation for large scale, complex projects.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
  • Familiarity with construction industry regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in financial controlling software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Understanding of financial outcomes and ability to meet critical deadlines.
