Senior Transition Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive ICT strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Managing the transition of ICT services, ensuring continuity and value for money.
  • Providing expert advice to stakeholders and fostering strong relationships across the organization.
  • Collaborating with business leaders to understand and meet their technology needs.
  • Ensuring the security and reliability of IT systems and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ICT team, including staff, resources, and budgeting.
Essential Qualifications
  • Demonstrated project management expertise, with experience leading medium-scale projects.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills, with proven ability to facilitate open communication.
  • Experience in transitioning ICT services within the public sector.
  • Ability to provide technical and managerial support to IT teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Shared Services and ICT Services transition experience required.
