Job Title: Retail Assistant

  • About the Role:
  • We are seeking a skilled Retail Assistant who can inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with our love brand of Sephora collection products and the Sephora Collection District Captain.
  • To succeed in this role, you must be able to create an amazing customer experience by providing a welcoming environment to listen and embrace their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent store presentation.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store displays to meet company standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous Sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.
  • A keen observer of new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques.
