**About the role**

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at **Priceline Pharmacy Forestway** as a full/part-time **Beauty Advisor**. As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to help our customers find the perfect beauty and skincare products to meet their needs.

**What you'll be doing**
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, guiding customers to the right products and solutions for their needs
- Demonstrating and promoting products to customers, showcasing their features and benefits
- Maintaining product knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and innovations
- Assisting with visual merchandising and stock management to ensure an inviting and well-stocked store
- Contributing to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Participating in team meetings and training to continuously develop your skills and knowledge

**What we're looking for**
- Passion for the beauty and skincare industry, with a strong understanding of current trends and products
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to help customers find the perfect products
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the beauty or retail industry
