Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our WA engineering team in developing innovative solutions and driving project success. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in the IT space, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience with suite of Microsoft products including Office 365, Intune, Active Directory, etc.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and experience in developing and implementing engineering best practices and standards.
  • Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
