We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Appointment Scheduler. This is a permanent, full-time vacancy.
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating appointments and ensuring that all shifts are covered in a timely and efficient manner.
About the Role:
In this role, you will work closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met. You will be required to utilize rostering software effectively and have strong organizational and time management skills.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Coordinating appointments and ensuring that all shifts are covered;
- Working with clients to facilitate their preferences and requirements;
- Collaborating with key internal stakeholders to ensure that individual needs are met;
- Completing administration tasks including reporting and data entry.
You Must Have:
- Able to meet scheduling requirements in a fast-paced environment;
- Effective use of rostering software;
- Proven organizational and time management skills;
- Strong customer service, communication, listening and interpersonal skills;
- Previous experience in community support (desirable).
