We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to fill a permanent part-time position in Alexandra, Victoria.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis varied role involves providing adult OT services for those living in the Murrindindi Shire. You will work with community clients and inpatients of Alexandra District Health's acute facility patients within the catchment area, delivering services such as home modification, equipment prescription and rehabilitation in the community.
- Home assessment and modification recommendations
- Equipment prescription and supply
- Community-based rehabilitation and support
You will work independently and collaboratively as part of our multi-disciplinary team, supporting wellness and reablement within our community.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require current registration with Occupational Therapy Board Australia via AHPRA and a flexible approach to working. A passion for supporting clients and contributing to a supportive team environment is essential.
