As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end P&L of the product portfolio - product take up, revenue, claims ratio, profitability, channel performance and retention to achieve net growth and gross margin targets.

This role involves the design (pricing, benefits, and target markets) and performance of PHI products. It identifies strategic opportunities for growth, works with key internal and external stakeholders to both understand the opportunities in the market, as well as build education in the product portfolio and how it meets both the needs of the member and the business.

Proven success in managing large and complex product portfolios with deep experience and expertise in P&L management will help you succeed in this role.

Furthermore we're looking for:

  • A relevant degree qualification in a related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
  • Proven success with goal setting, budget management, and results measurement
  • Proven experience in the research, design and implementation of new products to markets
  • Superior leadership and stakeholder engagement skills with proven experience in managing a team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Sound commercial judgement
  • High level interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Excellent negotiation skills
