Leadership Role in Housekeeping

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our Housekeeping Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating room attendants, public area cleaners, and team leaders to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have previous housekeeping leadership experience, with a naturally inclusive, modern, and people-centric approach. They will possess engaging communication and interpersonal skills, a positive and flexible attitude to problem-solving, and thrive in a busy and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities include driving guest satisfaction, fostering a culture of teamwork and engagement, providing hands-on leadership across all service areas and shifts, overseeing workplace health and safety procedures, and managing stock levels and linen and amenity orders.
