System Incident Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the effective and efficient resolution of incidents and complaints, ensuring high-quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Your Key Responsibilities- Coordinate system activities, providing support to staff to meet their responsibilities and advocate for consumers through respectful, timely resolution of feedback and complaints.
- Monitor workflows, timelines, and trends, conducting root cause analyses and recommending process improvements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve system issues, implement corrective actions, and coordinate training on incident management and investigations.
- Act as the central point of contact for consumer feedback, ensuring timely responses, appropriate escalation, and adherence to open disclosure principles.
- Promote a culture of openness, respect, and consumer empowerment by advocating for consumers and ensuring feedback is acknowledged and addressed with dignity and trust.
- Maintain accurate records, generate compliance and trend reports, and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
