Incident Resolution Specialist

About the Role:

This critical position ensures that incident management systems and consumer feedback processes operate efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with industry standards.

  • Coordinate system activities to support staff responsibilities
  • Monitor workflows, timelines, and trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve system issues and implement corrective actions
  • Manage consumer feedback, compliments, suggestions, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Promote a culture of openness, respect, and empowerment by advocating for consumers and addressing their concerns with dignity
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports to inform process improvements

Responsibilities include:

  1. Oversee incident management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards
  2. Collaborate with staff to meet responsibilities and provide training as needed
  3. Conduct root cause analyses and recommend improvements to system efficiency
  4. Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding system issues and resolutions
  5. Prepare reports on consumer feedback and complaints, and work to address concerns
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to an open and respectful organizational culture
Requirements

What we're looking for:

  1. Experience in aged care, healthcare, or related health services sector
  2. Demonstrated experience in incident management and complaint resolution
  3. Knowledge of electronic systems or databases for incident management
  4. Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement
