About the Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Product Offer Development Manager to join our team at Hanson Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving change management across Engineers, Specifiers, Architects, Associations, and Key Policy Makers to bring innovative ideas to life.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product development processes, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for driving change, ensuring product quality, and meeting market demands for safe and efficient construction materials and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the GM Sales & Marketing and the Technical Teams to commercialize the product offering and develop the offer roadmap.
- Develop the commercial sustainability offering and drive future sustainability offerings.
- In collaboration with the Sales and Marketing – Marcoms team, identify a go-to-market strategy, including value proposition, customer problem being solved, and pricing strategy.
- In collaboration with the Growth Enablement Manager, develop our training offering (features, benefits, and technical specifications) to feed into sales training.
- In collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team, use market insights to identify objectives, value, and strategy for our overall existing and future offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing or equivalent.
- > 10 years of product marketing experience; commercial product development experience.
- Understand how to use insights to shape a commercial strategy and solve a customer's problem.
- Can identify the recommended pricing strategy through the development of a go-to-market strategy.
- Understands the different stakeholders within the different market segments in Construction.
- Ability to measure efficiency and effectiveness of offers across the life cycle.
- Industrial sector: construction preferred.
