Job Description:

The role of Account Coordinator is a crucial position in supporting client teams in delivering successful campaigns. As an ambitious and detail-oriented professional, you will play a pivotal role in gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • Provide administrative support to the client team to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with media planners and buyers across various formats and mediums.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for internal and client needs.
  • Manage material instructions to ensure they are correct and distributed on time.
  • Contribute to financial management tasks related to campaigns.
  • Assist with booking media across all platforms.
  • Post-match TV campaigns weekly.
  • Support the team on day-to-day tasks.
  • Ensure POP/Tear sheets are collected and disseminated.
  • Collaborate with digital ad ops and trafficking teams.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in media, advertising, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
