Senior Fiserv Signature Platform Support Engineer

of Positions: 1 Ayan Infotech is seeking a highly skilled Senior Fiserv Signature Platform Support Engineer to join our team for a major banking client.
This role is part of a managed services engagement, requiring high-priority (P1/P2) incidents.
You will work closely with onshore and offshore teams, ensuring stability, performance, and seamless operations of the Fiserv Signature platform.
Key Details Interview Process: 1 interview stage Onsite Requirement: 3 days per week Project Timeline: Transition in progress, Go-Live scheduled for early November, part of a 5-year program (initial 12-month contract)Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 & 3 support for Fiserv Signature platform modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve P1/P2 incidents to meet SLAs.
Monitor platform performance and minimise downtime.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to address technical issues.
Conduct RCA and prepare detailed documentation, including corrective and preventative measures.
Assist with patching, upgrades, and deployment of new platform releases.
Ensure smooth integration of Signature modules with other systems.
Required Skills & Experience2-3 years' experience supporting Fiserv Signature platform, including Signature CBS (Aperio).
Understanding of Signature CRS, Signature Branch Teller, Signature Evolution Microservices, Signature CBS Communicator, Signature Frontier Reconciliation.
Strong technical proficiency in Fiserv Signature configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
Experience troubleshooting complex platform issues and related integrations.
Exposure to App Dynamics and Splunk for incident/problem investigation.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request).
Database knowledge: Oracle and basic SQL query skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
