Environmental Solutions Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced executive to join our team as an Environmental Solutions Executive.

This role will involve identifying and qualifying prospects, leading discovery, shaping technical pathways with an Environmental Specialist, pricing and negotiating commercial terms, closing contracts, and coordinating delivery, MRV, and retirement/reporting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the environmental market
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business objectives
  • Analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales or account management in environmental markets, energy, sustainability, or other complex solutions
  • Strong understanding of carbon market mechanics, credit types, procurement models, and basic MRV concepts
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

  • 30/60/90 Day Plan:
  • 30 days: learn ICP and offers, load target list, launch sequences, shadow technical reviews
  • 60 days: own 10–15 active opportunities, deliver two option packs, lead first commercial negotiations, publish a forecast
  • 90 days: close first deals, coordinate delivery setup, run first QBR, document repeatable outreach and proposal assets
