About the Role

The laboratory support professional will be responsible for processing specimens and assisting scientists with various laboratory tasks. The role requires excellent customer service skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and minimal supervision.

  • Receipting and processing of specimens; including operation and maintenance of analytical equipment
  • Pre-analytical specimen handling
  • Identification and prioritization of urgent specimens
  • Data entry and filing of specimens
  • Assisting scientists as required
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in specimen processing, data entry, and excellent communication skills. A certificate in laboratory techniques or pathology collection is desirable but not essential.
