We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate educator to join our team as a Director of Learning. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and enthusiastic professional who is committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences that cater to the needs of all students.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to improve teaching practices.
- A sound knowledge of current best practice and the Victorian Curriculum is essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and build positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and children.
- A commitment to child safety and ongoing evaluation of best practices is crucial for this position.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Hold a current VIT registration and have accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school (desirable).
